Returns
Since we work on bulk, made-to-order production, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed and confirmed. Sampling ensures you are confident about the quality, material, and design prior to placing your bulk order.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation.

After this period, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.

In the case of cancellation within the allowed time, any advance payment (minus applicable processing charges) will be refunded.
