Most bags are bought, used, and eventually forgotten in the back of a cupboard — or worse, thrown away. We built Ama Vedoura differently. Every bag we make is designed to be carried for years, and when you're finally ready to move on, it doesn't have to end up in a landfill. It comes back to us, and a part of what you paid comes back to you.
This is the Ama Vedoura Buyback Program.

2. Carry
Use it as part of your everyday life for a minimum of 12 months.
3. Initiate Your Return
Once 12 months have passed, reach out to us to begin the return process. Contact us at 9650226803 or email Support@amavedoura.com and share three things your name, your phone number, and a clear photo of the bag you wish to return.
4. Verification
Our team will review the photo and verify the bag's details against your original purchase.
5. Shipping Instructions
Once verified, we'll share our return address with you. You can then ship the bag to us, at your own shipping cost.
6. Confirmation
As soon as we receive your bag, we'll confirm receipt and let you know your return has been processed.
7. Your Credit
You'll receive 30% of your original purchase price as credit to use toward your next, upgraded Ama Vedoura bag.
A Few Things To Know
Eligibility
The Buyback Program applies to all Ama Vedoura bags purchased after 15 June 2026, as long as the minimum 12-month carry period has been completed.
Condition
The bag should be intact and recognizably the original product. Normal signs of regular use are expected and welcomed — that's the whole point.
Credit Validity
Your 30% credit can be used toward any Ama Vedoura bag and is valid for 60 days from the date of confirmation.
One Bag, One Return
Each bag is eligible for the Buyback Program once.
