Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Ama Vedoura, each handbag is thoughtfully handcrafted and thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. Therefore, we currently do not offer returns.

However, in the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing or quality issue, please contact us at

Our team will personally assist you within 24 working hours. If the product is found to be damaged, we will replace the same model at no additional cost.

Important:
We must be notified of any damage on the same day the product is delivered. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for replacement.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within up to 7 working days.
